Postcards From Midlife is a chart-topping podcast conceived and co-hosted by former glossy magazine editors Lorraine Candy and Trish Halpin. As the women of Generation X are entering this life stage, Lorraine and Trish’s conversations are a witty, upbeat and informative look at what it means for them, covering a multitude of subjects including the peri menopause, menopause, sleep and wellness, parenting, careers, fashion, beauty, relationships, sex and a whole lot more. They draw on their own personal experience too as mums (they have six children between them), wives, journalists and mentors. Before that she was an award winning Editor-in-chief of Elle and Cosmopolitan. She also wrote a playful weekly parenting column for The Daily Mail’s Femail called “I don’t know how I do It”and regularly contributes to The Times, The Guardian, The Mail, The RadioTimes, Good Housekeeping and The Sunday Times. Her first book, Mum What’s Wrong With You; 101 Things Only The Mothers of Girls Know was published by 4th Estate in June 2021. She has four children and has been married for over 20 years.
